Head Tutor
Hello! My name is Metrius Hadley and I'm the head tutor here at Hadley's Tutoring Services! I'm 16 years old and reside in the Tallahassee-South Georgia area. I attend North Florida Christian School and currently have a 4.2 GPA and plan on attending FAMU School of Pharmacy after high school graduation! I'm a part of the National Youth Leadership Conference, The Congress of Future Medical Leaders, and Youth Leadership Tallahassee. I'm a part of VolunteerLeon in various programs and also plan on joining the National Honor Society very soon.
My Story
Sadly, both of my parents had a rough upbringing growing up in rural S. Georgia. They experienced a lot of struggles and their futures were limited. During my childhood, my parents inspired me and just wanted me to reach heights they never could and break painful cycles of underperforming in my family. My mother never attended college and my dad was a college dropout. Since they never got the chance to experience going to college and achieving a degree, they pushed me to be the first in the family to reach my full potential and have a college degree and become successful! I would be the first to achieve what they couldn't! Through their story I was able to develop a passion for learning and striving to do everything in excellence, which is my motto everyday, and a trait I want to empower all my students with every session! Life is full of obstacles but you must always continue and not let a challenge break you!
